Super-Novae déploie une intervention d’urgence à Derna, le projet MUSSA’ADA, en rénovant un espace multi-services, incluant des services médicaux de base et du soutien psychologique.
Super-Novae promotes women’s social and economic integration through combining training, entrepreneurship, coaching, psychological support, and sports and artistic activities. We work to prevent discrimination and violence, encourage community resilience, and ensure an inclusive environment.
Super-Novae team visited Venezuela with the aim of developing a holistic project for the economic integration of women in the Zulia and Apure governorates. In 2023, Venezuela had one of the highest rates of verbal and physical violence against women.
Gaza
With the support of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Super-Novae is helping women in Gaza access career opportunities. With the project now on hold following the November 2023 bombings, Super-Novae is focusing on a humanitarian intervention.
Yemen
In Yemen, with the support of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Super-Novae’s BIDAYA project promotes the economic integration of young people through participation in sports competitions, tailored to ensure inclusive and respectful conditions for women participants.
INNOVATION
Faced with the rapid eruption of crises, and while the human development and humanitarian aid sectors are under the spotlight, Super-Novae must be an agile, effective and trustworthy actor as much for its beneficiaries, its local actors, as well as its international partners.
To do this, we develop exclusive digital tools for agile project management in accordance with the highest international standards, and transparent and accessible communication to all on the results we achieve.
In a desire to disseminate its requirement for transparency and agility to all actors involved, Super-Novae is working with the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to develop a digital, inclusive and holistic tool, to train, certify and monitor French and local NGOs in the countries of intervention of the MEAE Crisis and Support Center, through the project Humanitease.
