Super-Novaesupports women’s social and economic integration, including in settings where womenare most at risk of marginalization and vulnerability, because we believe that women’scontributions to social and economic resilience are essential for human andeconomic development. Bycombining vocational training and support for women’s entrepreneurship withpersonal coaching, psychological support and sports and artistic activities, wehelp women to access the socio-professional tools they need in order to seize orcreate their own opportunities. Wealso work within the community to help prevent discrimination and violenceagainst women, to promote women’s contribution to community resilience andconflict prevention, and to encourage the development of services which facilitatewomen’s participation. Internally,Super-Novae has put in place stringent policies on gender equality, sexual harassment and assault, andtransparent and fair recruitment processes. Super-Novae proactively seeks torecruit women and support women’s professional development, including access tofree training and menstrual leave. As of November 2023, women make up 67% ofSuper-Novae’s staff, including 34% at senior level.
